The title of this year’s trip blog is ‘old familiar’. The rocks and canyons of our destination are indeed old and, by now, very familiar, but they are still likely to be stunning, beautiful and it is fair to say we’re starting to get excited in anticipation.

I’ve commenced (in fact, nearly completed) my packing, this being the last weekend before departure. Andrew…. Not so much!
